Installation Issues and Poor Communication
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with KDE's services, citing issues with communication and workmanship. Bob Sapp had a cooker installed, but the technicians allegedly ripped the floor installing it and refused to fix the damage, claiming it would not be profitable. Alastair Buchanan reported that technicians failed to show up for a scheduled appointment, and when they finally arrived, they spent an excessive amount of time outside, resulting in a hefty bill.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive encounters with KDE. Robert Bennison praised the professionalism and promptness of Aaron, who fixed his heating issue and performed a boiler service. Claudia Wild was impressed with Luke's work on her Heat Interface Unit, which he repairs, and Stuart Penrose appreciated the friendly and polite services provided by Keith Darlington, a customer service representative.
Poor Professionalism and Service
Rebecca Green was left unimpressed with the technicians' behavior, citing a close call where they nearly ran her over while parking. Michael was also frustrated with KDE's service, as they failed to request a part he needed, leaving him without heat for several days. He eventually sourced the part himself and had it installed by a different plumber.
