"JCG Heating can't be faulted Friendly and helpful Can't fault Joe - he's not like a normal plumber. Normally plumbers don't answer texts or phone calls and let you down over and over again. Almost all of my past experiences with professional plumbers over the years had left me totally underwhelmed. Joe is the exception - he provided us with a timely quote for a new boiler and arrived on time to fit it. He said the job would take a day and it did. He was tidy, friendly and fully prepared, he only had to nip out once first thing to pick up the new boiler he'd pre-ordered and when he got back after half an hour he just cracked on.
