I dont often write a review, but Fradleys made such a success of renovating our small bathroom that I felt I must acknowledge their craftsmanship.
From our initial contact through to completion Fradleys professionalism has been obvious throughout. Josh provided us with a clear picture of what we could accomplish in a small space with the final design, courtesy of Kim and her 3D graphics making it easy to come to a decision. Josh and Ryans workmanship is first class with attention given to every detail. The tiling which was completed by Creative Ceramics was excellently finished.
The work was completed in the time specified to a very high standard. It is obvious that Josh and his team take pride in their work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Josh, Ryan and the Team did a brilliant job of renovating our bathroom. Josh inspired confidence right away on his initial visit to assess what we wanted. The actual job was completed in the time stated, despite being a little more involved than anticipated. From old bathroom, to empty shell, to fully renovated in a week. Coming in on budget, plus some additional's that we requested. The tiling crew did an amazing job, and the quality of all the work is first rate. We couldn't be more pleased. Kim in the office was very pleasant and responsive to all our communications.

Josh and his team have just finished 2 bathrooms back-to-back for us. Excellent job. Very close attention to detail, not just the actual work but also making sure everything is kept tidy throughout the job. The team are all very organised and each room was done in the predicted 5 days like clockwork. Very impressive!

Very happy with our new bathroom! Josh and his team did an excellent job!
We had a CAD design from Kim for a 4 piece suite as we wanted a shower cubicle added in our small bathroom. Slight change from initial schedule (not Fradleys fault) Kim and Josh were able to change the schedule so that we could still have our preferred tiles (instead of choosing another tile pattern) and get the bathroom completed sooner. Darren and his colleague did a fab job with the tiles. Amazed at how fast the team worked, from ripping out the old bathroom suite to fixing new pipe work etc..then later on in the day, the plasterer arrived to do his bit. They made a conscious effort not to leave any mess for the next team on site. If you are looking for a bathroom refurb, we would definitely recommend Fradleys!

Josh and his team did a great job in providing us with a new bathroom. I cannot praise enough the team aspect with Josh at the helm. Every aspect of the team was professional, respectful of the property, friendly and courteous. Kim kept us informed on the design front. Josh, Ryan and Luke were great with the rip out. Steve, the electrician was great with the electric fit. Mark, the plasterer did an amazing job before Darren and James came in to tile the bathroom. Wed selected very large tiles and the two guys started to bring the room to life before Josh and Ryan came back for the final fit. Were very pleased with the finished result. Josh kept us informed throughout the two week period and we would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Fradleys recently replaced the shower in our en-suite bathroom. We needed a new shower, cubicle and tray, plus we wanted the old tiles replaced too. In the end, we opted for something called mermaid panels instead of new tiles. We'd never heard mermaid panels before Fradleys suggested them as an option, but they look great and should be easier to clean than tiles. Really happy with the new shower. Josh and his team were very professional throughout the job, and the end result looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

the team at Fradleys ripped out our old ensuite and replaced it with a fantastic new one in a week. Fradleys were always easy to deal with, with us having to rearrange the fitting beacuse of co-vid.
The team took extra care to ensure the mess was minimal and to protect carpets etc.
I would add a didn't pay a penny till the job was completed showing the level of trust and confidence they have in their work.

Wow. We could honestly not recommend Fradleys enough. We first found them online a few years ago but we ended up getting some other vital home improvements done before returning to our bathroom. Josh had attended the property back then and given me some ideas to mull over. Fast-forward a few years and we went back to Fradleys looking for an update to our design. Kim (designer) showed remarkable patience with us whilst we went back and forth, tweaking here and there, then changing up completely until we finally had a design we liked. We booked in our slot and Josh suggested theyd most likely be complete in five days. Sure enough, Josh and the team were at our house on Monday at 8am ready to go. The rate of work was phenomenal - no having to run for parts, no changing the design because it was too difficult. Just great, conscientious work and all in a really tidy manner too. Five days later and our bathroom is done! It looks absolutely amazing and we could not be happier! Its tricky finding tradespeople that are honest and reliable - you cant go far wrong with Fradleys if, like us, thats what youre after. 100% recommended, and well be getting our en-suite booked in for next year soon!

Fradleys removed our old bathroom and designed and fitted a new luxury replacement. It was quite a big job in addition to a bath we wanted a wet room with a single panel of glass. Kim nailed the design. The team arrived early every day and left around 6pm. They protected all our carpets and cleaned up every evening. And the job was finished on time. It is now the most beautiful room in the house. We could not be happier with the finish. Cant thank you enough. I will say that we had overpriced quotes from other bathroom firms.

He was professional at every step and would arrive bang on time every day (something very important to me!), and overall did a great job.
When we had a small snag at the end of the job, he was with us within an hour to resolve it.
I cant recommend Fradley Bathrooms highly enough, we were delighted with his work.
