Landlord Gas & Safety Certificate (CP12 Certification): By law, all landlords must ensure that any gas installations and/or appliances within their properties are safe with tenants safe and protected against gas or Carbon Monoxide leaks. This should be carried out on an annually basis or whenever a new tenant occupies the property. We offer very competitive rates on single dwellings and big discounts for multiple properties.
How We Work
Step One: The Call Out - First, get in contact with our team and we will happily discuss with you what work is required including boiler specification and central heating design and layout. You can contact us by either by phone, e-mail or using our contact form - whichever is easier for you! This discussion is the first step and we'll schedule in a survey of the site at a time convenient for you. We'd also love to discuss any future work that you may be looking to do and how we can help you in your future projects. Your feedback is vital to how we improve our business, so please feel free to leave us a review on Facebook / Google.
Step Two: Survey - Once the first discussion is complete, we'll arrange a meeting at your premises to look over the site and gather all the necessary information needed for the project. You'll be given a no obligation quote which will include all the details of the survey along with the work required to complete the project. We'll include all the necessary information and will arrange a time and date convenient to you for when the project should be started and completed.
Step Three: Installation - One of our engineers will arrive at the agreed time and date and complete the project as detailed within the quote and to the highest standard. Our engineers treat your property with respect, working as if it were their own home and leaving the site clean, tidy and safe.
Step Four: Aftercare - Once the project is complete our engineer will talk you through all the work carried out and will talk you through the warranty & guarantees. We want to make sure everything has been completed to your satisfaction before any payment is received for the project. We'd also love to discuss any future work that you may be looking to do and how we can help you in your future projects.
