Pricing Policy

Our pricing structure is based on the UK average for plumbing prices, which are quoted on price comparison sites such as 'whatPRIC?' www.whatprice.co.uk/plumbing. We believe in transparency and fairness, so we will discuss and agree on the price and description of works with you before commencing any project. A final invoice will be provided upon the satisfactory completion of works, and full payment is expected at that time.

All works undertaken by Flow-serve are covered by a twelve-month guarantee, and any necessary re-calls will be dealt with promptly. For emergency call-outs during normal working hours of 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday, there will be a 60.00 call-out fee. Call-outs outside these hours and during Bank Holidays will incur a 100.00 fee. This fee includes a 30-minute work period during which the problem will be identified and, if possible, made safe. From thereon, a price will be quoted to complete the repair and replace any parts or products as needed.
