I contacted Allstar for a quote to repalace 3 radiators. Will replied and quickly arrived to size up the job. He was polite, prompt and professional. The quote was good value. Will turned up promptly, with his team, and immediately began work. The quality of work was first class and caused minimal bother to our normal routine. I highly reccomend Allstar to anyone.
After a few months, we approached Allstar again for a heating system update, involving a boiler change and system update. We received great service. The team were punctual, polite, professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. We opted for an external boiler, which involved a good deal of pipe renewal. Despite miserable weather, they ensured that everything was to the highest standard and no corners were cut. Will made sure the system operated safely and correctly and I understood how to program the system and could spot any faults. Will, Ash, Bank and Geordie did an excellent job. Really great service from William from Allstar Systems. I gave him a call directly because our boiler packed up on Friday evening. He attended within a couple of hours even though he was miles away attending another job. He showed me the problem with the boiler and explained everything in layman's terms. He got the boiler working and gave honest recommendations for the future regarding the boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending him and this company.

Initially called William at Allstar because of concerns with my underfloor heating.
He identified the problem without hesitation and advised other areas in great need of improvement, which have already made a significant, noticeable difference.
I cannot speak highly enough of both him and Ashley. Both were very polite, professional, tidy and punctual.
Had all work carried out to the highest standard and at every stage, William was very patient, explaining everything in full.

I called Allstar Systems at 5.00 in the morning when I found that my boiler was malfunctioning. William identified the problem and talked me through the process in making sure the house was safe and secure. The next day his team installed a new cylinder and I was impressed how swiftly the company resolved this problem and took the stress out of a really stressful situation. William really saved us when our boiler gave up on the coldest day of the year. He was round within the hour and, when it turned out the old boiler was finished, he arranged to fit a new one with a fantastic new hot water system within days. He was friendly, efficient and clear about our options. He and Ashley worked incredibly hard to get this sorted and make sure our radiators were working optimally. It feels like a different house! Would highly recommend Allstar on the basis of this experience.

Two weeks before Christmas and our unvented mains hot water tank died.
Allstar visited within a couple of days and not only deemed it terminal but that it had been installed incorrectly, illegally, by the original plumber.
Within a week they had sourced a new tank and installed in line with the building regulations.
One cannot ask for better service than that.
If you want, or have got an unvented mains hot water tank, ("Megaflow"), these are your guys. They have the essential additional qualifications over and above the usual "Gas Safe" one.

Really impressed and reassured by Allstar Systems (Norwich) LTD.
We had a dangerous issue with our oil fired boiled and William came out as an emergency. He ensured the safety of our tenants and had a new boiler installed ASAP with no disruption to our guests. He also talked us through some basic procedures and was very quick to get back to us when needed.
Very reliable and have recommended to other landlords who prioritise safety.

Allstar have been brilliant whenever Ive needed them. William came out really quickly to fix some issues and restart my mums oil fired boiler, so that she wasnt left for a 4th night without heat, after a long wait for an oil delivery in winter. He came round soon after the oil arrived, and was outside in minus temps, on a dark night to get it all running for her. He went above and beyond to help.
Recently, he also came out urgently on a weekend, to stop a leak on my dads gas boiler. He then checked the whole system out to make sure it was safe, and found a couple of important issues which he dealt with straight away. The heating and boiler now runs more efficiently, and he gave advice for future improvements, without being at all pushy. He really knows his craft and explains things easily to you.

I found Allstar Systems via Which? Trusted Traders, they looked good so I contacted them and asked for a quote for the installation of an unvented hot water tank, which I accepted. They turned up when they said they would and just worked solidly. Will made several suggestions, which I agreed to, and I asked for some extra work to be done. In all it took them 5 days but now I have high pressure hot water system (decent showers!), a pressurised, zoned, filtered and cleaned heating system, a whole-house water conditioner and some awkward pipes given better routing (which was actually quite complicated). They were all very friendly, knowledgable and skilled, they cleaned up after themselves, they even removed their shoes every time they came into the house! They are now the only plumbers I will call. I had a 6 year old thermal store cylinder which failed and flooded my kitchen and dining room. I contacted Allstar Systems and William came round the same evening to discuss options. I now have an efficient unvented hot water system along side a fully pumped sealed s-plan heating system with the cylinder relocated next to the boiler. New pipe work was required due to the relocation of the cylinder which left very little visible disruption. The installation was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was kept informed of all changes. Im extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate in using the company again or recommending them.

Have used previously for an oil boiler repair when my usual engineer was busy, Will was very responsive and professional. This time I needed a whole system replacement and my engineer could only install in a couple of months. Called Allstar Systems for an emergency call out to check the boiler and oven, after our carbon monoxide alarm went off. Will was upfront with the cost, came as quickly as he was able to, and kept in touch with us when he was running behind schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler and did a thorough check for any carbon monoxide. Would recommend to anyone who requires help with their boiler/heating systems.

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. I cant recommend Will and his team enough. Our heating broke on the Sunday and Will responded straight away and came on Monday. We ended up needing a new boiler and Will worked the following weekend to get it sorted knowing we had a baby. He explained everything and was friendly and always punctual. I wont ever use anyone one else for repairs.

My parents ageing boiler had been playing and finally gave up the ghost. Called Allstar and spoke to will who was there within 3 hours. Took the time to show me the issues and gave me a number of options. We decided to go for a new boiler and this included filters, powerflush, vertical flue and new controller with thermostat. All work was done to an exceptional standard and within a day. My parents are really happy with it and more importantly they were very comfortable with having the three Allstar guys in their home. They were professional, polite and patient when handing over the system. Also very happy to take a call to explain the system to me so that I can get them working again when the inevitable "user error" crops up! Highly recommended.
