After an initial issue with communication and arriving for the appointment as scheduled, they did re book and I felt they put this right with good customer service and dealt with the raised issue accordingly and fitted the external tap in good time at a great price. I was happy with the result in the end and the price !

Henry has put new taps in, that replace very old ones that dripped. He will be installing a new shower soon.
I am impressed by his whole approach to his work, which is thorough and shows an expert skill. He has a kind and friendly manner, also very patient with my poor hearing. I will be asking Henry to do plumbing work for me in future. I’ve found the best, you can keep the rest!

November 7th update:
After fitting another new tap in my studio, which is much more practical, all the hot taps in the house refused to give more than a hissing and fizzing with little water. I asked Henry if he could sort out the problem. He arrived within fifteen minutes and said it was an airlock. Then patiently explained how to remedy the problem. This he did in minutes.
I’m very grateful he could do this before the weekend.
He really is a star.

Henry was a nice guy, very knowledgeable and sorted our problem out straight away, we got a invoice and a guarantee with the work, its all very professional with receipts and upto date emails of all work carried out.

I would recommend Harry to everyone! I can’t fault Harry’s work. He is punctual and reliable and fit me into his schedule quickly. Harry found the problem in no time at all. He is very professional and the work was carried out to a high standard, the job was completed with no issues!
Harry will treat your home as if it is his home. Even down to the shoe coverings to protect your carpets. Five stars all round!

After initial good service, we then had 2 showers replaced. Work was done in agreed timescale and for agreed rate. Very pleased with end result. No hesitation in recommending HJZ.

Great guy & really knows his stuff. Found the leak pretty much straight away, fixed & all sorted on a weekend. Further advice given on other issues that were found. Will definitely use again. When I get my bathroom renovated.

My house sprang a leak...Henry responded really quickly in coming round. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a price (which I felt was really reasonable) and carried out the work straight away. I'm really pleased with Henry's response, the price and quality of the work. Would definitely use HJZ again if we encounter any plumbing problems in the future.

Henry was fantastic. Came out at short notice to repair a corroded pipe under my kitchen sink. He was efficient, tidy and friendly. HJZ Plumbing have just finished a week’s work with us and we couldn’t be happier. They removed our old sunken bath and installed a brand new shower with tiling. Henry came out the same day to fix a leak and fit some sprayers to the toilets. Arrived just after 5 and confirmed he was on the way and stayed until the job was done...some 2 hours later. Cleaned up after, was professional and polite. First class job with a really difficult fitting and pipe I had in the house. I moved into my new house not too long ago and I was in need of a plumber and a handyman. I went online and that’s when I saw HJZ Plumbing. I called them up and they gave me the earliest time available. He arrived and helped me fix both my shower and my tap and helped me install a brand new shower head too. A diligent worker and a great guy overall. Would highly recommend

Used HUZ on 3 occasions now and they have sorted the different problem out each time. This time Henry came and sorted 3 different issues in the flat to my tennants complete satisfaction, including coming back to fix a leak that had arisen from the job. I will use HUZ again in the future as Henry has sorted out everything that needed doing to a high standard and is very personable.

Henry fixed my toilet which was flushing itself and leaking constantly. This was repaired with new components and it is more efficient with water after being fixed. Henry also booked me in at short notice and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and tidied up after the repairs. I will be using Henry again for my future plumbing issues.

Henryk came out quickly to solve the problem and replace various parts. He is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job, with honesty. There was no rip off or doing work that didn't need to be done.

We had our cylinder practically implode in the middle of the night about 3 weeks ago and Henry and his team came the next day, they had to order the specific cylinder, which took a week or so to arrive, and was able to fit it promptly.
Communication between us and him was quick and clear and now we have hot water for our kitchen again thanks to him! Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues

Henry did a fantastic job removing an old toilet that was leaking and fitted our new one. Having had alot of bad experiences with previous plumbers, this was our 4th attempt to get a plumber, having never recieved a call back. But Henry took the job on and delighted with his work.

Came quickly and replaced my leaking bath and basin taps. Required removing and reinstalling to each the taps but no problem. One of my new taps was faulty so he came back again once the replacement arrived for no extra charge.

Henry and a team-mate arrived incredibly promptly to fix our leak in the kitchen. They were so helpful and worked so tidily. Nothing was too much for them, and the price was excellent. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing quick efficient service.

These guys are awesome and will use them for as long as they are going. They will really go out of their way to help their customers.

They answer the phone and aren't in a rush to get off the call like most.

I'm hard to please when it comes to trades people but I couldn't recommend these guys any more.

My bathroom was very dated, and needed an update, so I found Henry, who put in a complete new bathroom, new white marble tiles, white sink, white toilet, and a lovely cubicle shower. But it didn’t come with its problems but Henry, sorted it. But it was Andrew that did the work, putting new tiles on, installing the white sink, which had to be very small to fit in the space, near the shower, as it’s a small bathroom. He also installed a lovely heated towel radiator in chrome which looks good near the sink. I give all the real credit to Andrew as he worked solid for 2 weeks, he is a lovely person always happy, and willing to help. He always had his 10 minute break at 11.30 am when I made him a coffee. I needed a new bathroom as I was going into hospital, and coming home to recover the new bathroom has made my life so much easier, as before I had a bath and shower which leaked.
