Mo arrived on time and explained what type of leaks there were. He was extremely professional and polite throughout the whole process. He identified the leak was from the flat above and he interacted with the landlord and informed him what needed to be done. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

We have used Leak Detection 24/7 on many occasions now to pin point leaks and we are very impressed with his customer service skills and the knowledge to find leaks. We have used specialist companies before but Moe just goes above and beyond to find leaks working into the evening if he has to. Helpful and Efficient

We had a leak very close to the floor in our kitchen in a very awkward place with water trapped beneath the lino and seeping out under the carpet into the hall. Mo, your engineer, made a thorough check of the water system in the house and discovered two other minor leaks that would eventually have to be addressed. He repaired the major leak in the kitchen and we were impressed by his efficiency together with his friendly and courteous manner. He explained the problems in simple terms that we could understand and advised us of any improvements that could be made. We were pleased to have a major problem solved before any further damage could be done.

I have been experiencing a persistent leak in the bathroom. Despite contacting 3 or 4 plumbers, none were able to identify and fix the sources of the leak, yet they still charged me for the service calls. Leak Detection 247 identified the problem, and shortly after, they repaired the leaking pipe. Now, I no longer have any leaks!

Moe came out for us following a leak we appeared to have. Was here at the time he said he would be as well. He checked the property inside and out and has now identified where the leak is. Polite and courteous the whole time he was here, even offered to give mea hand with an unrelated washing machine issue i had. 100% would recommend.
