Christophe has been providing amazing service everytime I deal with him. I won't be using anyone else in the future. He knows what he's doing, does an amazing job and can deal even with the most complicated of boilers. Not to mention that hes able to get his hands on some hard to find parts. My boiler is a dinosaur that will cost an arm and a leg to replace so Christophe has rescued it on many occasions and would recommend him highly!

Most other plumbers were a nightmare. It was a small job, our valve was broken on the radiator so it couldnt be bled and lots of air trapped in the system. He came the next day, after going to the shop to buy the part he saw it needed to be ordered specially online and would take a couple of days. Expected him back the following week but he came on the Saturday morning as soon as it arrived.
It ended up being a very special part that didnt fit the standard sizes he had ordered and Victoria plumb dont sell it! But after seeing what he could do and a lot of noise from his van he managed to create a replica of the broken part and fit it perfectly. In my mind he went above and beyond to fix what is essentially a very small job but a lot of work. Couldnt be happier and will definitely be using him again.

Kris provides a hightly professional, punctual and competent service without a punitive call out charge. He identified and fixed my underfloor heating emergency after arriving within 1 hour of my call. He was very efficient at returning all of the relevant paperwork and was immediately available for any follow up questions over the phone. I was very pleased with the service and would happily recommend him.

I don't leave many reviews where I need to write something but have to when service and work is exceptional. Boiler faulting and not firing up on a Sunday night, Christopher got the part needed and came round first thing in the morning, got us up and running within half an hour, very professional and would highly recommend! Wow, that's all I can say. We've had no heating since Friday (5 days now). We had 2 different guys over who couldn't get it working or work out what the issue was. We bit the bullet and called Chris, desperately trying to get help. He arrived within 2hrs of our call and had our heating working within 40mins. Just amazing, wish we had called him a lot sooner. Do not hesitate to use this guy!

We had a leak in our kitchen and after going through the internet we came across Romford Emergency Plumber. He was with us within half hour of the call and fixed our leak. When he left we discovered another leak on the same pipe. He came back the same night and promised to come back the day to replace the whole pipe. We were impressed with his work and commitment and would recommend to anyone.

Naturally the toilet got blocked on a bank holiday! I phoned him in a panic as we only have one toilet. He was there within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it was not a simple job, but he made the toilet functional and came back to renew the piping which had broken. He did a superb job and I would not hesitate to recommend him and I would be more than happy to use him again for any other plumbing problem.

Called out on short notice owing to boiler packing up while away from home. The team came out for assessment, diagnostic and recommendation all on a cold Sunday night! Back the next day first thing with parts. Fitted, safety checked and totally happy with their service! Highly recommend! Personable, reasonable rates, clean and tidy. Job well done!

Out of 4 plumbers this guy was the only one to turn up! the same day and within the hour we had hot water and heat again! He recommended and heating system flush which was completed yesterday both jobs were quick clean no messing about just got on with the job. We need a radiator changed which will be arranged for sept! I highly recommend this chap!

I placed an emergency call out and was told about 2 hour wait which for early Sunday morning I thought was good anyway but the plumber actually managed to get here even earlier. He was friendly and sourced the problem almost immediately and returned with a part, it then turned out there was another issue downstairs which was resolved quickly and mess free! The quality of service was excellent and the price paid was very reasonable and I would happily use again

My boiler broke down in the evening at 9:30pm and I called and you came round less than an hour later to fix it for me and made sure it worked before you left. A++ Service provided to me on a bank holiday weekend. Saturday evening made a call and within 30 minutes he was with me. Such a professional and diagnosed the fault immediately. Chris has installed my new Vaillant boiler, on time, on a budget and to a very high standard. He also connected my new gas cooker free of charge. He knows his trade very well and is able to give valuable advice on any heating and plumbing problems. Would definitely recommend as a highly skilled engineer and what is most important he is authorised Vaillant installer which will extend warranty of my boiler.

Our boiler had a tricky problem-Christopher had the right tools & experience to work out what was REALLY wrong. He worked determinedly to make it work that evening and arranged to return with the right part when he could get it.
