Parker Plumbing & Heating Services, also known as Parker PHS, is a well-established and highly respected plumbing and heating contractor based in the North West of England. Founded by Stephen Parker more than 30 years ago, the company has grown from its humble beginnings as a local plumbing service to a national provider of comprehensive plumbing, heating, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) solutions. Our head office is located a few miles outside of Burnley, ideally situated between Manchester and Leeds, and we operate throughout the entire UK.
Our Team
Our team is composed of dedicated professionals with a wealth of experience in the plumbing, heating, and M&E sectors. At the helm of our management team, we have Stephen Parker as the Managing Director, Clive Walker as the Commercial Manager, Sophie Parker as the Company Secretary, Rodney Makin and Lee Casper as Contracts Managers, Grant Cochrane as the Contract Supervisor, Nicola Stackhouse as the Procurement Director, and Tracey Cooper as our IOSH H&S Advisor. Additionally, we have a team of office staff and a number of highly-skilled operatives and engineers.
Our Services
At Parker PHS, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of services tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele. Our expertise encompasses commercial and residential heating system design, installation, and maintenance, as well as large-scale housing developments and various commercial contracts. We also provide bespoke domestic systems for high-end domestic clients who require exceptional quality and originality in their bathroom installations.
As a responsible construction company, we are dedicated to continuous professional development and employ local apprentices as a matter of course. Our team of registered plumbers holds certificates in various accreditations, including but not limited to the following: Gas Safe, OFTEC, Unvented Hot Water Systems, Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS), and National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).
Aside from our plumbing and heating services, we also offer electrical projects as part of a combined Mechanical & Electrical services package. Our in-house design team is capable of creating bespoke designs for a variety of related needs, from kitchen or bathroom installations to multi-property mechanical systems.
