Negative: The company's maintenance services are incompetent, inefficient, and unreliable, leading to recurring issues and prolonged periods of inconvenience.

Maintenance Issues

The reviewer expresses their disappointment and frustration with the company's maintenance services, citing recurring issues with their accommodation's heating system over the last three years. Despite being maintained by the company, the heating system breaks down every winter, with the latest incident leaving them without heating for several weeks.

Incompetence and Lack of Efficiency

The reviewer accuses the company of being incompetent and inefficient, stating that they are only interested in making a quick profit rather than providing quality services. They claim that the company is not bothered to fix the issues promptly and would rather wait for parts, which leads to prolonged periods of inconvenience.

Unreliable Repairs

The reviewer also mentions that even when the company does attempt to repair the issues, they often do a poor job, leading to new problems. For instance, after fixing the heating, the hot water and radiator controls stopped working, causing further distress.

Slick Publicity vs Reality

The reviewer is critical of the company's website, which promises efficient and competent services, but fails to deliver in reality. They advise others to look for a more reliable firm rather than falling for the company's slick publicity.
