At Colin Crawshaw Ltd, we are a small family-run business that has been established since 1971. Our company has evolved over the years, and today we are proud to be a Limited Company, managed by our son Chris and his wife Hayley. We are based in Shelf, on the border of Bradford and Halifax, and we cover most parts of West Yorkshire.

Our plumbers and gas engineers are highly qualified and experienced professionals who hold various certifications, including CITB/NVQ, City & Guilds, and Gas Safe registration. They also carry Health & Safety qualifications and C.S.C.S. cards, which ensure that our team is equipped to handle any plumbing and heating project with confidence and professionalism.

Plumbing Services

Our plumbing services include new bathroom installations, walk-in shower cubicles, over-bath showers, wall and floor tiling, plumbing in washing machines and dishwashers, unvented hot water systems, immersion heaters, replacing tanks and cylinders, and repairing bursts and leaks. We also provide general plumbing work for all your household needs.

Heating Services

Our heating services include full central heating system installations, new condensing boiler replacements, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, gas fire and cooker installations, gas fire and boiler servicing and repairs, and Landlord's gas safety certificates. We also offer power flushing, heating system maintenance, and general repairs.

Disabled Adaptations

Our disabled adaptation services include replacing baths with level access shower trays, wet floor showers, replacing bathroom suites with specialist disabled fittings, adapting existing bathrooms with disabled fittings, installing handrails and shower seats, and replacing taps with lever action taps. All our disabled adaptation work is VAT-free for registered disabled customers.
